The photographs of so-called “Lost Places” that appear on my website do not imply that I have visited these places myself. I have received these photographs and accompanying texts from anonymous sources with their permission for publication on the internet. I have never entered places that are not legally open to the public.
These rotten, abandoned buildings offer a unique mixture of different states of decaying architecture, accompanied by nature reclaiming its lost space. Documenting this ongoing process and capturing – and sometimes interpreting – the specific atmosphere of a place through editing is fascinating.

Like the elements of Lost Places, my photography evolves around architecture, landscapes and nature in general – both analogue and digital – all of which I showcase on this website.
